2016 has been a busy year at The Talent Manager. Take a look at just some of the new features and improvemnets we've introduced for company members across the year...
Your Company Network & Lists
We've redesigned the lists management area of company networks with improved usability & a few additional features. Within Lists you can now also:
Move older lists to an Archived folder
See which of your team members has created & contributed to each list
Easily search through company lists
Switch to a condensed list view
Pin people to the top of a list
Export lists with key info on each person to Excel
Job Posting & Application Management
After a job ad expires, you'll now receive a summary of candidates
Take online applications offline with a Print friendly version of applications
Plus, we introduced the option to post a job linking candidates through to an external URL rather than applying via the TM
Searching Profiles
We've continued to work on refining our search algorithm, ensuring you can quickly find freelancers most relevant for your needs.
Select multiple job titles and search based on those matching 'all' or 'any'
Get access to a diverse pool of talent with just one click - you'll now find a BAME search option under Ethnicity
See who is online now & message to get instant responses
Search within +/- 7 days of your dates on availability
Improved availability accuracy, prompting freelancers to update unknown availability
See how recently a freelancer confirmed their job title with time stamping on profiles
CVs are now converted to PDF, making it quicker to open and view online
New Onsite Messaging System
The new TM inbox allows you to keep track of all messages sent via your company's account. View full conversation history with freelancers, including responses to their applications and messages sent from your colleagues.

New Blog & Community pages
Along with redesigning our Blog pages, earlier this year we also launched the Community board - a place for the TM community to ask questions and share advice. As industry professionals and employers, your help and advice is invaluable, so please take a look and chip in where you can.
