Edinburgh TV Festival's The Network talent scheme is now open for applications.
The Network is a free, intensive introduction to the TV industry, taking place from 22 - 25 August 2017 and open to all new entrants. 
For those looking to start a career in television, this the perfect opportunity to dive in and make contacts, mingling with key players from the British TV industry.
The scheme involves spending 4 days up in Edinburgh learning practical TV skills with top programme makers who'll be giving a taster of what it's really like to work in TV. The best part... you don’t need to have had any experience in television, you'll just have to demonstrate that you LOVE TV.
There are just 60 places and you’ll also be paired with an industry mentor, and get access to exclusive alumni events and job placements.
