Thought I'd put this out there, my peers seem to agree... There seems to be a new obsession with the word 'Casting' in front of every Researcher/AP/Producer role. Lots of these roles (except things like 1st Dates etc) are just the traditional role of RESEARCH: people-finding/ great story finding, phone-bashing, gaining access etc. Finding a good character to go on TV is a given. Pls can people look a little beyond this title of Casting in CVs..:)
