Who do I need to contact to get my documentary presenting ideas seen?

I am a presenter, however, I have many ideas for documentary content. I have self-shot 2 trailers already. However, I am struggling to take my ideas to the next level. As a presenter and writer I have written for The Guardian, my own blog has had over 2.5million views and I have 30k+ followers on social media. I feel like I have done all I can to prove I have an opinion and voice that could appeal to television audiences.
