Best way to submit Showreels in this new world ?

Back when I started writing music for TV, the best way to contact a producer,director was sending a showreel on cassette.
Now it seems the world has changed dramatically with an over-saturation of people emailing links to online music to anybody and everybody, meaning it's almost impossible to actually reach somebody you need to.
So, as busy directors, producers, production managers etc what is the best way for a composer to reach you?
