I'm a Consumer Psychologist and looking to buy a chateau in France and turn it into a hotel. A bit like 'Escape to the Chateau', but with a difference of actually involving viewers and getting their advice/skills/knowledge to help get it back to a restored and workable state. They could offer support, materials, ideas, labour etc. I have some ideas that haven't been explored yet in this area and would like to know who to contact? Any clues?
