I am an award-winning producer and director working across documentary, drama-doc and specialist factual for UK and international broadcasters and streamers. As a researcher starting out, I got a solid grounding in historical research working on Who Do You Think You Are and can count uncovering Danny Dyer's royal pedigree as a small claim to fame (and which won the series its first Bafta). I like to work on projects with lots of heart as well as brain. I enjoy establishing trust and rapport with people from varied backgrounds; from the 95 year old grandma in Jamaica who's the repository of all the family stories to a Mohawk chief in Upstate New York or the last surviving members of JFK's White House. I am journalistically rigorous and have a strong instinct for story, which I apply in everything I do: in script-writing, casting, on location and in the edit.
