I would work with Jennie again in a shot - she is everything I was looking for in a documentary edit producer: she has a great instinct for story, passion for characters, gets to grips with the footage very fast, and will go the extra mile to get the film not just to work but to be brilliant. She can do both funny and sad, and tailor comm to what is needed. She's a proper grownup who is a laugh to be around as well. Can't recommend her more highly.

She has strong story-telling instincts, having a thorough appreciation of her own edit timeline as well as the finer details of a series as a whole.
