I'm an experienced DIT, Media Manager and Data Wrangler with significant experience in tapeless format workflows, including the creation, implementation and management of backup systems and solutions, equipment management and logistics and the creation, implementation and management of tape logs on both single and multiple camera shoots, particularly in remote and/or harsh environments and locations.I have a good working knowledge of multiple formats, including Sony (F-5, F-55, FS7, FS5, A7S, PDW-F800, 500 and 200) Canon (C300, 5/7D, XF305, 105) as well as a number of minicam and fixed-rig formats, including extensive knowledge of GoPro. I’m a passionate, adaptable and diligent person, creative as well as being very technically minded and try to combine these in my work to achieve the high standards that are requirements of both the industry and myself.My roles have taken me from the frozen tundras of Alaska to the humid jungles of Borneo, with stops in Central and South America, Western Africa, Southeast Asia and Northwest Scarborough along the way, with each place giving a new experience and an improved working knowledge, particularly that nothing quite beats a good cup of tea!
