There are production managers, line producers and heads of production. And then there is Shanna Baynard, who is in a class of her own. During the time I have known her, she has worked on three, extremely different productions for different broadcasters and with very different budgets. Shanna possesses a level of confidence and experience that allows her to be flexible and accommodating, without ever putting the production or the budget at risk. Through her strong and deep relationships with suppliers, she has helped us make much needed savings.
