Multilingual (Italian/French/Spanish) Producer / Director with a strong journalistic background and excellent people skills. I have extensive experience making unique observational films with challenging contributors such as politicians, victims of a crime, pentiti and mafia people, uncovering untold narratives and gaining access to institutions internationally including Courts of Justice and high security prisons. I am particularly good at making strong bonds with vulnerable contributors allowing them to feel comfortable in front of the cameras.

I solo directed a two parts crime series about the murder of British student Meredith Kercher for Amazon Prime which I took from development through to the edit. I directed several episodes (including the series finale) of a Netflix obs doc crime series called  Vendetta: truth, lies and The Mafia which followed two trials in Sicily with unprecedented access to defendants, their families, legal teams and Courts of Justice. "Vendetta" got fabulous reviews including The Guardian which titled "The Sopranos meets Tiger King".

Recently I have been responsible of conducting one of the main interviews of the popular docu-series Bad Surgeon which has been the second most watched show on Netflix globally during the week of its launch.

My credits range from streamers such as Netflix and Amazon Prime to main UK and US broadcasters including Channel 4, Discovery, HBO and Travel Channel. I am a confident, enthusiastic and exceptionally determined individual. I enjoy developing stories, gaining and maintaining access and conducting interviews to a high standard. I moved into documentary from drama so I am confident managing large crews, being responsible of recons and directing actors. In the past I have worked in some of the most popular TV shows of our times such as Game of Thrones and Penny Dreadful. I had professional acting training and wrote books for major publishing companies such as the famous travel guide book publisher Lonely Planet.
