Shooting PD Specialising in Medical and Blue Light Documentary. Highly experienced in difficult compliance, sensitive material and working with SMEs. Great Military knowlege and good science/history knowledge.Experienced shooting and producing IVs, Actuality and PTCs.I enjoy building a trusting relationship with contributors to make them feel comfortable working with me by being honest with them, keeping them abreast of the issues that sometimes crop up when filming (time changes, reschedules etc.) and creating a relaxed environment for them to put them at ease whilst on camera whilst coordinating the crew to keep an ergonomic production.In my spare time, I am a member of the RAF Volunteer Reserves and Air Cadet Organisations. These organisations have helped me develop reliance, commitment, resourcefulness, graft and above all integrity - these characteristics are very important to me and I carry them onto whatever task I am given. I work a lot with young people and have a lot of responsibility whilst doing so and therefore conduct myself professionally but approachable.Something I have honed through the ACO is education and development of skills, experience and character accompanied by discipline, leadership and esprit de corps to foster and encourage drive and determination with support from qualifications and knowldge.
