I'm a determined and conscientious AP / Producer with experience in broadcast tv, podcasting, arts and commercial production. I've worked across a range of factual genres including obs doc, current affairs and fact ent. I have a strong social sciences background, and particularly enjoy working on projects that require rigorous research and lateral thinking. I thrive when I can be proactive and responsive on location but I'm also confident in development, forward planning and post production roles. I'm adept at building rapport with colleagues, talent and contributors. I'm also comfortable with technical tasks such as booming, operating GoPros and basic shooting on Sony FS7/FX6. Relevant experience: working with children (DBS checked), working in clinical / medical environments, staff and patient liaison, working with talent, multichannel sound recording, negotiating access, casting in pre-production & in situ, script editing, editorial compliance.
