About Us

Spirit is a multi award-winning, TV & digital production company founded by ex-Endemol execs Peter Cowley & Matt Campion.

Our mission is to create content ‘Powered by Spirit’ that impacts audiences through entertainment and storytelling, in order to drive change for the better.

As well as tackling social change on-screen, we also aim to become the change we want to see off-screen by implementing cultural policies in things like: diversity, sustainability and workplace mental health. Our ethos is the ‘Funny & Feeling’ which informs so much of our creative thinking. This ensures we produce content that not only is highly entertaining, but also drives our mission.
We do that through our award-winning studios that produce: Original TV & Digital Content, Branded Content, Podcasts and Social Media Campaigns. Our in-house audience development team also build and operate our own digital brands & channels, as well as running our multi-award winning global mental health movement #IAMWHOLE
